bully ! who dis ?

when i started playing this game i thought some players are bullies ! then i grow strong !

in my 7 years of playing this game i have been called a bully too

then it occured to me !

why not ask everyone else what do you think ?

1. what do you think bullying is/means in stormfall ?

2. who do you consider a bully ?

3. for this one you yourself can ask/answer a question if u see fit !

so ?

There are no real bullies in the game,,, opputunitsts, YES.

Now there are some who try to be a bully, with demands and threats. Wether it be resources or demands to stop raiding/seiging, ofcourse most of those are encountered with raids/seiging from the demanding party. But to what outcome,,, none, unless one agrees to the demands. Ignore them.

With smart playing and not losing your army of troops, none of that matters and will not effect your own game play.

Now the oppurtunists, those that utilize the Plarium platform for purchases. Wether it be a max defensive castle, maxed heroes/champions, massive troop amounts, or even bonus' such as relocators etc... .  Those players are taking avantage of what is available to them, but 'some' of them have attitudes that do come across as 'bullying', but are just full of hot air. There not many who spent large monies here that have gone on to earning respect and admiration, most were just 'flashes in the pan'.

Either way, when not getting what they want or the attention they seek they will move to new targets rather quickly.

@roadstar Pitbull

i very much liked your point of view !

i kinda agree and disagree too

agree that yes what most call bullying i would call an opportunity to pvp :D

my disagreement would be exactly the same situation but in case of a new player who does not know whatsnsupposed to be done !

bully we discuss is about an in game discussion ,so i i might be wrong too

so why not an example

a lvl 112 raids,seiges a lvl ,mmmmm,lets say lvl 70 !

interesting,right :p

anyone else got any idea ? what do u think aside from me and roadster pitbull ?

i would really like to know what everybody thinks ....

Destroying lower level players forces drives them from the game.  There is no reason other than destroying an alt castle setup for harrasment and deception, for any player that is above level 90 to attack 20 or 30+ levels down.  My opinion is that it is simply an act of cowardice.

When level 136 players start throwing fireballs from 100 miles away at semi-active level 49 little me for absolutely no reason then I start questioning your definition of 'Bully'

https://prnt.sc/vt0vid

Maybe my definition would be 'Mindless neanderthal who enjoys throwing his weight around by cowardly attacks on lowest level players'

How about level 96 Bullies sending PVP raids against level 48? Twice my level

How do I know it was a pvp raid? Check the screenshot

https://prnt.sc/vt4kxm

Why send Stoneheart units and Legendaries supported by a Templar ... instead of a Cavalier?

and you wonder why new players are quitting in droves

Stiltto, Seems a waste of sapphires to me. Some players have a larger spending cap than brains.

Bloodaxe, looks more of a failed PVP attempt. lol

Does either 'enhance' game play? No

But both are accountable to the game mechanics, and desparation that has gripped the game.

I have read your posts and thought about the definition of "bully", there could be many interpretations of this word, but my question is another: why should a high level attack a low level? We all know that not many new players are logging in to Plarium and that new low-level castles are often run by longtime players. Here, in my years of playing I have sadly witnessed many times to cowardly players using new accounts to anonymously annoy high-level players. Often even sending very offensive messages, so as long as you remain in a battle game, I would say that everything is part of an individual strategy, the important thing is not to end up in personal offenses.

I sent a one line message after the first attempted Raid that I had bubbled for that is all I have done !

I have not even bothered his sieges or any other actions

Blippi, obviously I made a general speech, where (based on my experience) the percentage of high level castles attacking low level castles is much lower than the opposite situation. Unfortunately, it is much more common to find boring and spiteful newborn castles playing incorrectly against high-level castles. I'll give you an example: how many times does it happen that you find billions of defense in a small castle? so let's make a difference: funny on one side and foul play on the other?

most of what you said were assumptions !

How do you get to level 76 in less than 45 days?

its easy ! you play battle grounds ! its very clearly evident in that profile snapshot you provided ! its possible even in much less time

He has NOT unlocked Stoneheart, so how is it possible for him to send 50 Gargoyles?

we dont know that ! a friend was away ! another player was loging in for him ! when he came back he hadnt even unlcoked beastrider stoneheart art ! he asked for scrolls and he finished in just 2 days ! everyone has extra scrolls in league !

a fun level spender can spend 10,20 dollar  and get those ! even if not unlocked,it does not mean they MUST be coiners !

@Snowgoon they were questions so i answered but please note that

this is about the concept of bully and what players think of this word, lets stay on topc as its a violation of forum rules

There do seem to be a lot of people who start the game and a week in think they're big fish...

I see a post of mine has been removed.

Please tell me if I have broken a rule .

Or is saying I disagree not permitted ?

And why was I not notified By PM as to why and shown a rule that would explain the reason so that I wouldn't repeat such an infraction?

Bully is a person who attacks players who are much, much smaller than they are - and thus know that they cannot in any possible way to fight back. The game should give small castles a fighting change to grow and install limits of hitting much weaker castles - unless that castle hits them first.

Blippi's attacker (bully?) is a new player - https://prnt.sc/vvdno3

How do you get to level 76 in less than 45 days without massive coining? Reaching 8.2 million bg points is very expensive when buying/reviving big armies

He has NOT unlocked Stoneheart, so how is it possible for him to send 50 Gargoyles? - https://prnt.sc/vx05ty

His friends cannot send sh scrolls - https://prnt.sc/vwyuq3

So he Must be a coiner who loves to Pay 2 Win - A big bully in the making

I think we all need to read this - https://prnt.sc/vwjm8p

Makes me think there is no future in this game for non-coiners .... especially after todays announcement from plarium

You ask the question I give the answer !

I am a new Player just started a couple days ago.  I have not attacked this person as I know the folly of such a gesture would just result in more losses and no real gains for me. and as I'm small I'm not really a threat to him or his existance.

Being a level 33 puts me in a distinct disadvantage and all aggression has been done by My Nominee for the Title of What a Bully is  This one happens to be on server 3 on Plarium.com

Maybe Plarium should create a 30 Day / 25 Level  window to new accounts to be protected from Bullies (Unless they insitigate trouble with Castles that are over 60 Days older and much higher leveled )
