Just need help understanding how to unlock the last temple of war slot. Here are some screenshots. I'm on S3 username is Dumbell Door at coords 1091 156. Here is my friends list and there is no option allowing me to pay sapphires to unlock it.

my other account with just 2 friends can unlock it, thats why im so confused mainly haha. Also on my other smaller account i still have the option to purchase the slot but i dont. I will submit a request anyways.
