I tried to log in to Stormfall: Age of War today on Facebook only to learn that's not possible anymore. I downloaded Plarium Play & linked my Facebook account. Entered the game to find my castle gone. What do I need to do in order to access my actual account?
When was the last time you played and are you sure your game was on the correct server?
There appear to be 3 servers, checked each of them. I don't know when the last time I played was, best guess is 14-18 months.
there are two Game platforms the one with the f is the facebook one does the f show in your choices ?
While I was able to link my Facebook account to Plarium, I have not found version of the game with the f on it. Where would I look for that?
Did you ever before recently switch to The Plarium Player when the facebook migration happened about 3 years ago ?
Yeah if you haven't logged in since the migration your account was likely deleted, data protection laws forbid companies from holding onto your data for more than 2 years in many countries.
Avoided the switch to Plarium Player as long as possible due to issues like this. Guess I'll check in from time to time to see if the issue has been resolved.

It may of been better to of gone through it all while when we did as the solutions seem to be more involved and difficult for those that waited

Yep, there was a reason it was pushed so hard when the switch first happened. Now picking up the stragglers years later is very difficult or in some cases impossible. Perhaps support will be able to work something out but I think after this long the data is just gone.
I have not been able to get palrium play to launch to play Stormfall for almost 2 weeks now. I have uninstalled and re-installed it just will not work. I no longer have the original email I have tried to change to my current email, however it states that instruction sent to old email.

Having uninstalled the app without having solid re-entry information makes things very difficult as communication with support is required. Before I go further (Do not post the information I will ask you about on this forum! These are items you may need to establish your ownership to Your account.)
Having cords to your castle including Platform (Facebook or Plarium Player games ) Server your castle is on ( Dark Plains , Untamed Lands or Farwol's Crown ) Any past Account purchase history and Credit card proof reciepts. The original e-mail address and password log in information (Even if it doesn't work now) and have a new E-mail and Password Ready to give to transfer the account. you may need to start another game with a different E-mail to use as a go between account as you verify your ownership of your original account.
then contact support with your go between Or Another account if you have one and explain how your e-mail from the other game is no longer an option and your need to transfer the account to a new E-mail

I am not sure what you mean exactly ...but the only way to refresh the page is close the tab- clicking on the ''x ''-right corner up and reload again the game.
There isn't a refresh button as for the browser pages .
