The VIP situation is very discriminatory system that goes against all ethics of good gaming and breach customer service.
The secrecy behind this unfair system shows how iligal feature.
The only problem is that we gamers have no one to protect us against this form discrimination. No international law or body fight for us. This is even though we are making people like Shaleel rich.
Gamers are being taken for a ride, a billion dollars economy taken by a ride, and not a soul protect us.Oracle said:

To get this Reward they don't need just participate in the Tournament, they need to receive the required number of points either in one Tournament or in both of them. These Rewards won't be added just if you start participating.

One of the main benefits of this program is that you have a high-quality dedicated support service and your agent can give you such additional Bonuses.
Plus, the amount of such Bonuses is strictly limited to be sure it doesn't affect the game balance in any way.

Each player has a chance to join the VIP program, if he's active in the game, has a high experience and influence in the communities. These are the main but not the only criteria.

Giving certain players over quarter a million offence for doing the most easiest grind is not fair. If you consider how long it takes to build 250K offence you can see how this gifts do to balance.

Don't try against all evidence to argue for the VIP program. It must fall, that message we are putting through you to developers. They must kill the vip programme or we will kill em.

Part of the problem is that VIP is a secret society shrouded in mystery and devs refuse to answer any questions
40k is an easy milestone for top players and the rewards are there for all - so why give EXTRA to VIP for free?
and the 81 dark wyverns are only the tip of the iceberg - many other units are given away .... or only available to VIP like the Golden Dragons, Prestige Dragons etc

You did bring up something, side tracking from topic.
Us, "old dogs" have seen much better times for the game and growth of both the game and it's players. That is the over all goal of many, many topics in the forum. So in a way, we could be stuck in our ways, but it was a much better game back then, with growing numbers, not declining. We have seen variations of what worked well and what was detrimental. We have seen many moderators, managers, and the development team changes in this time also,,, even owners...
So, some "old dogs" do watch out for our pups.

im agree with most of you. the big problem that has the VIP program is the secret it has.
if all of us knew what to do to become a VIP this kind of topics and the questions i receive about that program will not exist.
meanwhile the program will continue in secret and the players continue being chosen as i think ramdonly this will be unfair for all us.
and dont come to me about "the time you play, the help you make...." and sentences like that because a lot of us are here since long time, playing a lot, helping with tips to all players and with high levels. and believe me is very frustrating see a half a year player be a VIP and dont know why
because i know why i will try to do the same for being a VIP....except ruining my credit card of course.

Yes I was marshal for about 6 months before I decided hmm that being marshal meant I was limited in what I could do. Its an overrated thankless job. I made a move to a better fit for me. Tell you the truth don't miss it, and don't envy anyone who is a marshal. some are comfortable being in charge, putting out fires, dealing with diplomacy, more power to them. No skin of my hide. I can raid top my hearts content and as long as I don't overstep my bounds I have no chains. While I was marshal Integrity did pretty good, climbed in rank had quite a bit of influence, but hey this isn't a discussion on my tenure is it?
Its a discussion about the VIP program and how some are in and some are not and how that twists some people's underpinnings snd just like you I have an opinion. Might not be in line or popular but I never claimed to be a conformist.

While Alina is on vacation I will be covering the forum along with Paul, who you already met. To reiterate a statement that has been made on a number of occasions - there is no guaranteed way to become a VIP player. I am aware what the contemporary opinion on this is, that you need to spend a lot of money. That, however, is incorrect. Activity, time spent in the game and ability to do well in different events and Tournaments as well as position in prominent Leagues all play a much bigger part in getting the player a chance to be considered for a VIP position. But at the same time, the number of people that can be invited into the program is limited and is much smaller than the number of players who qualify. There are times when several candidates are available and only one can be offered a slot. As such, there is an element of luck to it as well.

For the matter of VIP players, it is impossible to have a set requirement that will guarantee entry into the program as we do not have enough slots for everyone who qualifies. We have provided information on what would help a player be considered, but the final decision depends too much on the situation at the time, how many slots are available in the program, who else is being considered, etc. They do get benefits, but they have been cut over time to make certain the disparity is not too much, and work on that continues constantly. It is no one's intent to alienate or segregate players.
It was a expression, a saying if you want. not a intent of use profanity. (try google the saying). As for the other. Maybe its not Plariums intent to alienate or segregate players, but that is the reality of things. Claim one thing but reflect another just doesn't mix very well.
Yeah, with some 2300+ posts there been some warnings and even some forum bans, but also some that been turned over by Oberon (which we can't contact any longer). I also experienced forum rules been changed due to what been posted, not necessary just by me. And even forum rules been enforced with a rather "wide" bias taking things out of context and give it another narrative than what was intended. But to argue such is like fight windmills, fruitless.
