Do these cost sketches? I ask because I seem to have lost 1000ish sketches since the update and as the only buildings I have built are Training buildings this makes me suspicious. I have not seen any reference to a cost in sketches when you upgrade. As of writing this none of my Training buildings are above 10th level

i think, as far i know, the upgrades to level 20 will not ask for sketches till that level.
