reload didnt worked. but after the 3 h activ time is over it was normal again.

The only thing I can think of is that your upgrade to lv5 was finished when the dragon arts was active. Also IIRC there are two dragon arts for that. If you have fully upgraded the first one but the second one is still lv 4 it will show lv4. (which I think the case since it's a 20% boost).acitiv show 4/5

is the same for all the dragon arts, level 1-5 (step a l step b ll ), same level 1-10 for other arts
and ps. time ago was already been reported the problem........ 
bug is project, not a real bug
so he have Dragon Art Discovery Speed "II" to lv 4 but "l" is done at 5/5Alina BrightAdmin

Lords, if you activate the Lost Art and then you start upgrading it, the activation stays at the previous level, it's the way it works.
