nothing seems to work correct

hello all i was wondering if anyone else is having the same issues i am having. since they put in new system for "urgent help" i have been unable to spy, raid, siege, send or collect caravans. here is what its saying for my spys http://prntscr.com/cl6cmi  . i have cleared cache, changed browsers, rebooted computer.. nothing seems to help.. it is only happening on "UNTAMED LANDS" whereas i am having no issues on the DARK PLAINS. anyone have any other suggestions? i have sent a ticket to support but have yet to hear a response.

I have sent your difficulty to appropriate responders but most are asleep right now. So far only a few are having problems. I am monitoring for additional problems. Did you get a ticket number so I can put a priority on it?

i would assume that would be the ticket number? thats what i got as an automated response. thanks again

i have not got a report back on my ticket but i am back up and running normal right this minute. thank u much for the help and the push for priority it is greatly appreciated

There were Windows updates recently so my suggestion, close explorer and all others programs. Roboot and restart programs. If it still doesn't work contact support. http://support.plarium.com/enstormfall/Tickets/Submit/Step1/48


It is the weekend for the tech people so if problem persists. Please let me know.

this issue has came up yet again for me. i have sent in yet another ticket if u would be so kind to put a priority stamp on it , it would greatly appreciated. again :)       [#XWW-572-75385]:     .. maybe it will start working again for me at restart in 4 hours..

Hello im having problem with nothing working correct..  It was moving my castle when it all stall... here 16 hours later same is still wrong.. I cant do anything just saying castle is being relocated.. What should i do ?

Lord WARHAWK75,

problems with relocated castles can be solved only with assistance of Plarium support. Therefore you have to send a ticket since its only way how can you alert support team regarding your problem.

Thanks i have sumitted a ticket.. last time i did it took 14 days. Since this need to be fixed before i can continue to play i hope it will be fixed very fast or there is other games.. but would be bad at level 91 and coiner to drop game coz of being stuck..should not happen
