You want the support team to help increase the number of "bots" on the map that players can raid and siege? Im seriously getting dissapointed in you now.

Did you by chance read the 2 posts over yours? This thread is not a complaint about bots what so ever, the orginal poster want MORE of them so there is more places to raid on the server.

an experienced player has 100 dragons . He can choose, to attack  an active player, with the risk to lose all the dragons and and take nothing in return, or attack a "bot" without any risk and take 50k resources. He will prove his strenght or his knowledge about the game? I doubt any experienced f2p will ever attack other active players if he will get nothing in return , its against any strategic point of view

I have already explained why we ask our players to send a ticket. Neither moderators nor I are authorized to check our players' activity and take the necessary measures in case if some suspicious activity is detected. 

Only our Support Team is able to check your reports and make further decisions. It's like if you had some issues with your car engine and you came to the gas station and asked "Hey, why do you send me to the service center? I want you to fix my car right here, right now!"

Or if you saw a fireman in the street and asked him about some case which is investigated by the police - "You're working for the government, you're wearing a uniform! Why don't you want to investigate my case?"

bad examples, because when I look back at the past year, and see how many times certain bot lines and such been reported and they still here. That means my car would never get fixed, and my house would burn down before any firemen would come to put it out.... :p

they are approaching level 70 now.  these bots will have higher level than some active players. explain that? how are they getting experience?

they dont produce troops. theres no PvP.  where is the experience points coming from?

As for the bugs:

Some bugs which are 100% reproducible, and have a detailed WTR can be passed to our developers by CM. If they are obvious and easy to check. Some complicated issues, which are hard to reproduce or don't have a detailed WTR and require additional testing should be reported to our Support Team. 

They test reported bugs and create detailed reports for the devs.

As for your suggestions:

Once the idea is submitted in the community, I pass it further. When there are enough suggestions, we have a meeting with our developers where they consider each idea. Sometimes they make a fast decision and say "Yeah, we should definitely do that!", and sometimes they need more time for consideration. Some ideas require data analysis and cooperation with several teams.

Even if it is accepted, it doesn't mean that it will appear in next update. It's added to the work plans, and as soon as our developers have enough time and resources for it, they will start working on this idea.

Besides your suggestions they have long-term plans for game development, and there are some features which must be done according to their plan. That's why our players' suggestions may be postponed for some period of time.

In some cases it seems that the task is very simple and it can be done till the next update, but when they start working on it, they find out that it's not that easy and they need more time to put in it. Or there can be some technical complications.

If the suggestion is accepted by the devs, we create a post in our communities with the list of features that will be implemented in our games.

If it's declined, I will add them to our Declined Suggestions topic.

Suggestions which were accepted and implemented will be added to "Implemented Suggestions" topic.

Our developers don't visit our communities, they have a lot of other tasks to do. Only Community managers read your suggestions and update you on their status if possible.

Regarding the bot castles. I don't use them. From my point of view they aren't needed.

ONE ticket should be enough to start investegate. What you just said, doesn't make sense at all. Its not like its some scattered bots. I thought you was a long term player, your eyes must be more open than this regarding bots right?

uhm....... I'm lost for words. Look back a YEAR worth of posts on this forum. About the same bots, being reported over and over and over, and they still here, and more is being added to the game all the time. Its like a disease to the game. 

The only reason why Plarium not doing anything with it, must be they regard it as content for players to use. I know a few players ingame that stated in league chat that if all these bots was removed and they couldnt raid for free resources anylonger they would quit the game, so maybe there is something to it. idk.
