Letters not showing in the list
When I receive new letters, I see them noted in the header, but when I open the letter list they are not there. I have to shut-down the game and restart to see my mail.

My Lord, , cleare your cache and restarte the game ( I know you are tired of hearing this but it is the first thing to rule out and the majority of the time will resolve the simple issues).

Shutting down, clearing and restarting seems to be the only way to get the missing letters. But I can't do that all day long. This has to be fixed.

I received an email from support admitting there is an issue. But this is terrible. I now have to sign off every time I get a new mail in order to retrieve it. Please ask them to expedite the resolution.

Lord lwonderly, developers are awear of this issue and they will resolve it in future updates.

I am in full agreement with Lord LWONDERLY, that this is not acceptable and we should not have to wait until the next upgrade, which we had today, and guess what, we still have to log out every time we receive mail.
Not only that but my reports arrive back unopened when I log out and in, as though they have not been dealt with, when I know they have. I have a choice, stay logged in and my reports are fine, whilst my mail is mounting up, or chose the reverse. Which ever way I do it, it is not right and should be fixed before bringing in new items.

My Lords and Laides, developers are aware of this issue and they are currently working on it.
As soon as they prepare a fix, it will be released. Thank you for understanding.

Come on Plarium. It's been 2 weeks since I reported this bug and still no fix. This is obsurd.

Dear Lwonderly,
This bug exists for a long time, and our developers and QA are looking for a way to reproduce it. Unfortunately, we are unable to fix it until we manage to find WTR.
But we haven't forgotten about it, we are working on this issue

I second the missing letter report. Seems to happen mostly on posts added to already existing letters. Refreshing makes them show up.

letters report... always a problem this game, i try other pc browser with old version flash player/browser/so but problem is Plarium and his server

This is still an issue. And now it seems to be happening with Grand Marshal reports. And sometimes when I delete a report from Steward it returns unread. Too many bugs after the last update.

I have same issue, but I don't lpgoff or restarted de pc. I only refresh de web page and the reporta and letters appears. Its only 10 seconds for me to refresh.

The most annoying is battle reports - we mark them as read, we delete them, but after refreshing the page they re-appear as unread.
