i was about to create a post myself about this but the changes of necros with warlocks isn't the only one ...you now have everyone no matter the level on the same tourney , so if you are a lvl 40 you have 0 chances on ending up to top 10 on any kind of tourneys. And the reward is nothing but a big joke only 500 saphires for the first place and with this kind of rewards i'm not planning on doing a single pvp point for it.

The problem is just that the rewards go down down down en the prices of everything goes up up up. So please don't lie to us about "Nice Rewards"! They aren't nice anymore. I really wonder if Plarium is trying to kill this game intentionaly. Because I don't spent that much money on this game and all you do is making it les attractive for most players and interessting for only a few.

Win some more free stuff? You are kidding right ? You will lose a LOT more than you will win with this kind of rewards that are currently here ...

keeping higher positions is not even worthy anymore why would someone lose LOTS of troops to try and stay in first place when he will get only a ridiculous reward of 500 saphires .

well all depends in the way you play i always look for mediun objetives that i can attack without a lot of looses

i try to do arround middle of rewards loosing 0 troops or as much 100-200 pallys...so for me, all is almost free stuff

so it is clear that if you use all ur offense and loose a lot its not worh but same for all

The Battleground Tournament now gives Warlocks and Demons instead of Eldrich Units
Only 500 Sapphires for the top player and 50 Sapphires for 91-100
All levels compete in the same tier

Kill Tournaments and you are killing the game for all but the highest level coiners

My personal objective on pvp tourney  is to exchange spammable troops for eld units since eld units will keep my food consumption somewhat low while maintaining my army's power. Right now this objective is obsolete. Now laugh, laugh till you cry blood.

Yeah and the "funny" thing is that on Untamed Lands a league needs to do 300K pvp for a  x2.2....  and in Dark Plains where they have people with a lot more bigger fire power you need to do 200K for a x2.2 ...

the first place on Dark Plains is currently 588K pvp (the rest less than 100K ) and on Untamed lands it is currently 92K (the rest less than 40K) ..

don't you think this numbers should be getting lower ..a number around 80K or at least 100K (if they wouldn't lower it that much)  is something not that high and more leagues may be able to reach it .

Yep you now have some troops that you can easly build , don't have the same fire power and as you said they consume more food than the eld units.

plus, you more or less have to waste 100k worth of troops, to earn 1500pts. which would grant you 50 warlocks, roughly worth 50k. why bother...

they did that because they added some black market items as rewards (instant recall and weor protection)

so they had to decrease the rewarded spphs because those items are only purchased by sapphs which only shows that plarium does NOT understand what rewards mean 

rewards are things you win for your contribution in the event that should 

1) cover your contribution losses by rewarding things that are either equal (thus you dont end up worse than you were before the event) or something  better (which makes you HAPPY and pushes you to play the next event because it is WORTH IT)

2) rewards are extra and should be earned by hard work/ smart play which simply means (good player = good reward / great player = great reward ) however for stormfall it is all about how stupid you are 

medium stupid = 20 dollars / big stupid= 100 dollars / mega utterly ugly stupid = 100+ dollars and such

in stormfall rewards are not rewards you are 

1) losing for your contribution much more than winning at the end 

2) no matter how good you are the sole balance is money how rich/stupid you are 

the only way to play events (pvp even my strategy)

is to just kill few hundreds of pals and few thousands of archers in organized attacks with your friends to earn maximum 3000 points

with zero chance in competing nahhh like this you are simply fooling yourself

That stuff is TOILET paper I dont want to or intend to spend on in the first place, and can do fine without. As a reward is of little to no interest :(

@ Plarium... If you intend players to spend cash on this trainwreck of a game. You need to have sensible exchange ratios. Spending like 100 and get 10 back. Is not good trade. If you think it is, Ill give you my paypal account, you deposit 100 in it and I send you 20 back.
