Since early December I have been unable to load using Plarium Play App. After I login I clicked launch but it will not load.
I can load using Google Chrome but unable to load using Plarium Play App.
Hi! Please try reinstalling the application by following these steps:
- open the command line with the Win + R key combination;
- enter the control panel, go to Uninstall programs and uninstall Plarium App;
- press Win + R, enter Regedit, then open the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \;
- delete both folders - Plarium and PlariumPlayInstaller;
- in the same registry editor, press Ctrl + F (keyboard shortcut for a quick search), type Plarium in the pop-up window and delete all the items associated with the name;
- after deleting all folders and files that consist plarium, reinstall the application from the official site plarium.com.
If these steps did not help you, please send us information about your operating system (RMB on My Computer -> Properties).
Managed to load Plarium Play App after I uninstalled & reinstalled it. When I was reinstalling it I temporary disabled my antivirus.Hello Lord JAHTL , what antivirus do you have ?
