For several weeks now, we have an error in the Help Request. The request does not end. This means that despite fulfilling the league member requirements, the request keeps reappearing. The castle affected cannot do anything about it, cancel it, etc.
It is also not just one castle, it are several.

From my edge i don't have such big, so i advice you to clear your Plarium Play cached data, as it may help in some cases. Please enter the Settings -> System Preferences -> Reset Cache .

I forgot to tell, all Members of Synergy are having the same bug.
Everyone has the same problem.

I would recommend you submit a short video showing what is going on with these help requests. I don't believe a screen shot will tell the story properly. Please update as to how things go.
