tower rewards stuck

Tower event unable to collect rewards, so cant participate in events. Cant use my bonus on champion experience wont click on the button

Plarium Stormfall

I am unable to participate in tower league events. I have rewards that I am unable to collect. When I try to mouse and right click on rewards my whole champion area freezes up and I need to reload the game. The rewards are frozen. There is no error message. It self corrected once and I was able to collect, thos time several league events have happened and it is still frozen.

what is your connection speeds and Have your cleared your Browser Cache and reset your Game sometimes that will help

I have rewards that I am unable to collect. When I try to mouse and right click on rewards my whole champion area freezes up and I need to reload the game. The rewards are frozen. There is no error message. I have rewards that I am unable to collect. When I try to mouse and right click on rewards my whole champion area freezes up and I need to reload the game. The rewards are frozen. There is no error message.
