Hello,

I submitted multiple support tickets to try and get unbanned in order to get my 5* Tinman soul in time before the event ends. I was grinding the event dungeon stage 3 with my Tholin and I was clearing it within 1-2 seconds. I was manually doing this for over an hour, both clicking and using a lot of my multi-battles getting closer to the 50k hero coins and as I hit that mark, that's when my account was instantly banned although I had been clicking the replay button for over an hour or so. I still haven't heard anything back from support and I am afraid that it won't be in time to get the 5* soul which I grinded and pulled all my shards for. Please Plarium support I need your help.
