3 months ago I did my first and last attempt to get the 100 myth mats reward in live arena.

I got the materials, got a powerful aspect of siroth, and decided to quit live arena for good. It's such a dumb mode, too toxic.

Now we have the most beautiful, creative and entertaining game event ever seen in the history of videogames: the frightful frontier.

Basically the goal of this thing is just teaching big spenders how to answer to the question, "hey, are you a whale?". From now on the answer will be, "no, I'm a pioneer".

Actually I wish the cashgrab was the worst part of it, but it's not.

Once again the worst part is our beloved poop-mode, live arena.

If I'm not wrong, in order to get the 5* soul you'll need 20+30 wins in Live Arena.

How am I supposed to do this? (I'm saying "do this" not "enjoy this" cause, you know, it's Raid, sadly there's very little left to enjoy).

How am I supposed to do this when the matchmaking is so dumb, therefore punushing, therefore extremely dumb ?

Today I've done 15 battles, only 6 wins. And my account is not even that bad, I have a couple of champs with spd around 440, 6* karnage, 6* sigfrund, 6* arbais, 6* fabian, 5* hilvi, and other good champs.

But I have no sabrael, no tekteon, no krixia, no galathir, no nais, no predator. But that's the problem. 

If you dont have sabrael, tekteon, krixia, galathir, nais, predator, you stand no chance.

The questions are always the same, and in complete plarium fashion, they will remain unanswered, unaddressed.

My LA score is 12k, then why I'm getting opponents with 20-30k score, and double my account power or more ?

And why all my opponents have Tekteon? Have I skipped some guaranteed champ event ? Please let me know.

(btw how stupid is tekteon ? why does it have poison cloud? that champ has got nothing to do with poison, it's not a freakin hydra head. Maaaaan, these lazy devs 😭 , may God show them the way.)

But we're not done yet, it's time for a big classic: the king of poop-sets, mercurial.

First of all: Theimios was a total hoax. That's pure trash, his provoke does never land. So don't even try mentioning him, or that silly additional 5% you can get from masteries.

These devs clearly can't see beyond their nose. The problem was not only 9 pcs mercurial being totally broken, but what happens when you give a totally broken set to whale players who already have completely broken champs.

How am I supposed to deal with 6* chainbreaker nais in 9 pcs mercurial ? 

How am I supposed to deal with 6* predator in 9 pcs mercurial ?

And why am I facing these super endgame spenders !? Me who quitted LA for 3 months LOL !? 

Is this the game telling me, "hey u why the F are you back here? GTFO!"

Can I get fair matchmaking pls? Ofc I can't and thus we're back at the starting point of the thread: 

 let's help the devs learn the job together!

My idea is, we could open a campaign on GoFundMe, to fund a basic development training course for Raid devs!

The goal/title of the course could be "basic foundations for fair matchmaking and gear balancing". I think it sounds pretty on point.

I think the course should have a minimum length of 30 hours, to make sure the devs get the core knowledge that will help them dealing with their daily work with less embarrassment.

At this point, I think it's not their duty to give us a fun, fair and playable game (you can't blame them if they literally can't make it), but it's definitely our duty to help the devs learn their work!
