As for biased why would i show anyone whats in my presidios ,my BH clean no spys that can see into the presidios otherwise id be a bad capt

And for those that want to know Al jenkins came up with a plan that if i gave them a presidio that he would pass along all the info about the ghost alliance and who was hitting and when . I changed my mind after he gave the info, so he's a bit annoyed now because i would not give him the presidio 11 as promised lol
