Duck and cover.

 

One of the virtues of this game is that you can't loose units that you choose not to loose.

 

So, if someone is being constantly raided, I would offer the following advice.

• Leave a scout or two outside of your harbor.  If they can't scout you, chances are they will move on.
• Spend your resources.  If you are being "farmed", it is because you are a lucrative target to be hit.
• Upgrade your harbor.  Albeit expensive, being able to sleep and know that 18k of your resources are safe guarded is very reassuring.

I say duck and cover to,

as resources are easier to get back then your defense units specially the ones you can't make yet,

so be a smart pirate.... Don't think you are being brave by defending, when you are actually being stupid,

and giving whom'ever is hitting you what they want which most likely it's raid points and PvP

so always use you resources and keep them troops tucked in your harbor

Those that don't continuously get fed find another feeding area ;)

 

what i would do is i would definetly make my 1000 buccaneer force to raid them.Cheapest and Funniest Way for a Laugh.
