You can't even say you messed up

After tons of people gave negative feedback regarding the most recent tournament changes, and not just that but wrote lengthy posts describing the issues with it, after all the videos, this is the best statement you could give?

i

"We are curretly conducting a thorough review. The team is actively analyzing the data and discussing potential adjustments."

So you can't just say "we messed up the rewards by cutting them too much and we're discussing what adjustments to make to rectify our mistake"? Instead there's a possibility the review determines actually everything is fine and you don't fix anything?

For now, there are no new updates to share. We do want to assure you that we’re listening closely to player feedback, and this is no exception.

Any changes take time, as we need to carefully review and evaluate everything before making decisions.

Thanks for your patience. Stay tuned for updates.

You need to meet with your shareholders and try to explain to them that you can't just screw over the players like you just did. Don't you?

No wait a company executive said to change the rewards looking for a way to make more money and please shareholders. You probably explained to them it was a bad move but regardless now you have all this player feedback that goes into great detail that shows it was a bad move. And you've gotta try to go over it with them. But you can't promise they'll be receptive. That's it isn't it?

Assuming you do make changes, make sure you get your math right. Half of the combined percentage reward for taking first place on a winning and losing team should not equal a number greater than the percentage reward for taking the last spot on a winning team.
