Let me tell you the problem so we are crystal clear. I have one mech with pink stars and weapons, one seven and one six stars but with almost full mods. All my other highest mechs have no mods, are at six stars, with weapons between six and four stars. All the mechs I face are pink stars with seven star weapons with mods. I can't win. I tried removing my legendary mech with mods and it makes no difference. So I want my money back or I want you to fix the problem. I'd rather you fixed the problem, but if you can't I want my money back.

I even reduced my hangers to a single juggernaut with plasma cannons and was facing eclipses with revokers. Your game is broken, for me it is unplayable  and I want restitution.

I've been trying to understand your game. I know with losses you'll boost the bots fighting on the humans side, so I've been watching bots on my side having weapons with pink stars, but it's reached the level where it just can't overcome the power on the otherside and my weakness. So while it was embarrassing to be the worst performer on a winning team of all bots on my side, they can't even win anymore.

So Crystaldrew give me back my money.

Money makes things real. I gave you my money and in return I am level 10 with zero points this season, because you took my money and made it impossible for me to win. No matter how I try to work your game I lose. To you that might me something you are still working on, to me that is theft.

I'm not ignorant of programming, of testing for extraordinary circumstances, it what every good programming team does, to make things water tight. But you have failed. Now you can either accept your game is broken and try to fix it, or you can try and ignore it and imagine cases like mine are marginal and can be ignored. But if your choose the latter you have to realize it's a breech in the dam and it's only going to get worse.

I know you already know this, you'll be ignored or given the runaround.. you paid and the pigs ate it and are still hungry. 

You were warned...at the very beginning, and you see I was right??? You liked the game, you spent crazy amounts of money, you didn't listen to the veterans, and now, as announced, you're here complaining, as all the new players have done, and as they will do, taken in and blinded by the cunning of these characters,,, ready to deceive people, with false promises and false content... well, it's come true... but you're young and blind, and you don't see the deception right away,

I agree. These new updates have made the game unplayable. The new weapons and the new mechs are so o.p. that you are forced to buy into the new meta. Pasha or whatever its name is, is probably the dumb idea of not nerfing but bringing the others up to be "balanced." Horrible idea just like his sense of fashion. How many times must a person be wrong to envoke change? I mean even einstein said its very hard to debate against a smart person but next to impossible.

I do not understand. It is not my experience. Not sure if ASmith is talking about Hanger Showdown or Control Pount Clash.

For cpc if I want to play my lower rank mechs, I unchecked my hanger with my high rank mechs, and my opponents are lower ranked. Not 100% of the time. I might see maxed Lsncer, Paragon, or Killshot to my 4-star purple mechs, but thats not a big leap.

It might help to have published tips of how design your hanger to get matched properly.
