Plarium, you actually have to fix your game. I'm not saying I'm having any problems (I still enjoy this game), but there are people out there who are extremely unhappy (they now hate the game). Ruffles is literally on the verge of quitting because of the mods, and lots of his followers are too.
Ruffles brought to light a problem I didn't know about. The solution is easy, either make it so those old accounts lose access to mods they don't already have purchased for their mechs or just revert the changes and let rank 3 and above mechs use mods again. Not sure how easy implementing either of those is but those would be the possible solutions. I think they should implement the latter because some weapons you can get in gear hub along with rank 3 mechs are ridiculous against no mods
I wouldn't be surprised if they revert it back to everyone able to use mods on 3* mechs very soon so they can push sales of mod parts through the holiday/cold seasons while everyone is inside and in bored mindless $pending mode.They aren't trying to balance gameplay. They are trying to balance the fluctuating sales from the difference seasons of the year.. doesn't matter what they do or what we or their content creators say or do, they won't change their ways. The game is permanently rigged without changes of their shady ways for the foreseeable future of this data mining "game".
