Even today, I notice that issue. There usually are cheaters in the game, and I can usually tell because everyone will have around the same kills more or less, and one or two others will have 3-4 times the number of kills. It can really be frustrating 

it feels this way for me too, that my bots always weaker than enemy team. 

BUT

Have a proper deep thinking about it.. if its true, it means that human on the opposite team has bots who are stronger.. so if you were that human your bots would do double damage comparing to enemy bots.. 

In short, i think it says it all.. its not rigged, we just tend to remember and notice the negatives.. 

Although what does seem to be possible is that it happens because of bad matchmaking, the enemy bots were stronger on purpose because system thinks that you are stronger than enemy human.. and that other human may be always lucky if system considers him weaker. It will always give him stronger bots or weaker enemies.

Im in general not happy with matchmaking, tournament or even hangar showdown is much more balanced. But if that matchmaking applies to normal games we would be unable to sp drop to complete stupid missions with autocanons or some other archaic weapon tasks for mechs.. i dont really want to play games full of geminis and savants all the time, i want shotguns and other weapons that dont kill enemy if you dont even see it. so i sp drop to go back in time, when shotguns and longarms were still a good weapon..
