Thanks Roger, but that link not only does not show the rewards pictured above, but it is no longer applicable or relevant - OvO rewards keys now, not Amber Shards.

Correction, the above rewards are shown, but initially appear to me collapsed, unlike the Amber Shards table. Click the red square to see the graphic.
