I have learned that Arachnos was only available upon completion of the Arachnos event.

I did not complete the event and have missed the opportunity to add this mech to my hangar.  No complaints, and I actually feel that is a unique idea, and recognize the event as a unique in-game spectacle to boost interest during Mech Arena's launch!! 

My suggestion would be, consider providing a future opportunity to get Arachnos, if it is viable to do so.

       I do understand if Plarium wishes to maintain Arachnos' exclusivity by not offering this mech again.

 I love the model, and would welcome a new Arachnos event to offer a second opportunity to attain the mech.  Alternatively, consider offering Arachnos in the occasional / rare flash deal. 

        ***assuming research suggests this wouldn't be perceived negatively by the community.  

Lastly, Here is my example as to why the timing was unfortunately very poor for myself.  At the time Covid restrictions were eased up locally and bars and restaurants reopened.  As a bartender I was swamped with work, and through exhaustion and responsibilities I have as an adult. I could not dedicate the time to complete it.  If I have permenantly missed my window of opportunity I completely understand. However, perhaps, down the road (1 year anniversary maybe ;) make a new event for any that may have missed out the first run, or consider flash deals. I'd buy it. :P 

Of course, the community perception and PR image is a delicate blancing act, and I completely understand.  If I missed out, c'est la vie, and I'm perfectly ok with admiring the ingame model from a far... with missiles.

              Admittedly I am presently speaking for myself, and have no experience in the mobile game industry.
