Force people to play against a cheating system or be punished... sounds like something they would do but they'd also take 5 acoins for each -5 reputation earned, because this company loves to punish their playerbase. Abuse is their money maker.

Adding to what @korrosion wrote, there are unfortunately a few good reasons to leave a match, given the current game mechanics. Plus there are bugs that don't allow us to continue or rejoin matches. The latter happened with me multiple times a day or two back. To my teammates it looked like I'd left. 

So, not a good idea since it hurts well-meaning players as well. Other possible ideas may be that allies of people that drop get a slight bonus in their rewards, or in the case of tournaments you get the ticket back if you lose.

In other words, compensate the affected people instead of penalising people that might be innocent.
