Figures you got the same old generic response

They adjust the matchmaking during different seasons of the year and it's getting cold outside meaning people are inside and bored. It's also this companies favorite time of year, mindless Christmas spenders and children's Google play stocking stuffer cards are on the way... they are relentlessly rubbing their hands together waiting. Follow the patterns, it's the same thing every year at this time with a new moderator name saying the same thing as 4 years ago. 

Your response proves that no one is listening to us, you are just using a canned response. You seem new here, unless you had a different name before becoming a mod, so not going to point the finger at you. But no one ever listens. Because if you did, something might change. Or, to correct myself, you do not listen to any free players. You noticed how fast the Voidghost got fixed? Because most of the player(I did say most, not all) that have it, bought it. So it shows you listen to the paying players.

And since the mods won't let me use the correct term for the worthless players, I seem to get more then my fair share of dust bunnies as teammates in showdown. Why are you in league 3 if you don't have at least 10k IP or you don't know how to play your mechs???? I have seen surges that never storm dashed, parasites that have never used redirection, and even outlaws that never used foul play. Why do they even have those mehs if you don't use those powers??? Can I get away calling them rooster blankets???

How patient? Matchmaking has been a consistent issue for years, and the gap is just getting larger. Whats the actual time frame? You can not tell me that there is not enought data to figure it out.

The data is.. people keep spending. Until that changes, they aren't changing. 

Don't expect them to answer. They almost never do. I keep asking "when can we expect to see improvements in matchmaking". I only ever got an answer once they said shortly though no exact time frame. The matchmaking did seem to improve drastically shortly thereafter. And then later reverted back to what it was. And for every time they didn't answer? We were left to just hope we'd be seeing improvements, and we did but none that lasted. Now it appears mismatches are worse than ever before.

I also always ask "how do you actually intend to improve the matchmaking?" That one never ever got answered. Every time I ask the community managers and moderators go silent on that thread
