So, should i buy minigun 8 or pod gun eight on my aegis because recently i got a bunch of minigun implants on case, and he IS a heavy duty dmg pilot, but people all tell me to pick pod gun.

Aegis pairs well with both. But do you mean to buy with money or from the gear hub? Isn't minigun 8 for acoins? That would be the first reason to not get minigun :-).
In general though pods are more versatile. And if you get crashed they don't take forever to reload. I like minigun but this choice is pretty clear.
Got Minigun 6 from crate rush. Almost never play them. Kills to slow.
