my friend asked me to post. he was banned for 1 year by your spam bot. he tried to help someone with a promo code spelling. he is tar has forum ID 14103141. he says he logged support ticket 2 weeks back and reminded lots of times but no response.
I second that motion.
tar's posts in this forum are informative and helpful, and it'd be a disservice to the community if we were to lose that.

This happened to me, but only for a week at one point. The filter is rather problematic at times...

@Velocity , thanks for unbanning me. Please have the technical team do something about the auto-ban spam bot. This is easily the 5th or 6th time I've been mistakenly banned from the forum and because of that my default ban time is always 1 year.

The autospam... thing has caught me a few times, for arguably invalid reasons
