Why is the game freezing issue still not resolved?

This has been going on for months. It's bad enough during regular play, but when it happens in a tournament round, it's especially frustrating. I know this has been reported dozens if not hundreds of times in various ways but never addressed. What the hell is going on?

They only work 7am - 3pm UTC and no weekends now. Overtime has been eliminated 😅 if it doesn't have anything to do with making money, they don't care...

I play mech arena on the regular. My phone (Note 10 Plus) can handle the game easy. Every once and awhile my hame will freeze. Is this a salty opponent hacking or is it just an app thing https://mobdro.bio/  .

More often it happens if you have a full team of real players. It doesn't seem to matter if players are PC or phone. Everyone will completely freeze and you are forced to restart. It will usually put you back in the battle but of course you lose a solid 30 seconds or more. It also tends to happen later in battles, sometimes even at the very end. Either Plarium knows what's happening and can't fix it or won't fix it, or they have no idea because they haven't tried.

Thanks CD, but how is it possible to the entire Plarium support team continues to ignore this? When you have an entire team freeze in the middle of a battle and have to do a hard shut down on the game, how could that possibly be an issue with one player's install or internet? Let me be clear, when this happens (and it's ongoing for months), the entire team will freeze in place and have to exit out to Windows Task Manager for a hard shut down (if playing on PC) in order to do anything. Sometimes you get put back into the same battle if there is enough time or bots left. 

And we get read the exact same script every time a ticket is opened. "Clear your cache, reinstall the game, check your internet". We're not seeing any variation in the ping or connection rate or error messages like has happened previously. There is no warning, the game simply freezes for everyone. 

The problem is very intermittent. It might happen a few times in a row. It might not happen for 20-30 battles. Most commonly it happens when you are in a CPC battle and have a full team of 5 real players on one side, but I had it happen in the last Tournament DM last week when there were only a few real players on each side. 

This does not seem isolated to one or two players either as all exchance chats when this happens. Would video help prove the existence of the problem? I'm on a brand new high end gaming PC as of last month. Had the same issue on the old PC so I think we can rule that out.

Hello! Some improvements regarding this issue are expected in the 3.260 version, which is coming soon. Please let us know if you are still facing such freezes after the release of this update.

I was in a battle yesterday after the latest update and everyone froze. Exact same scenario. 4-5 real players on one team and everyone had a hard freeze near the end of the match.

Yeah my screen freezed and then i had to leave the battle! I almost won but then that happened.
