Bug Report - Guardian special locking out energy weapons for good
The Guardian special ability is resetting the energy weapon cool down timer and it starts at 4.6 and then ticks down to 4.4 and then resets to 4.6. Once you get hit with the Guardian special, your energy weapons are useless until you die and respawn.
