Please Do Proper Testing Before Any Updates/Maintenance

Latest update and maintenance is a disaster! We have to click 2, or 3, or 4 times on the icon, before the action taks place. Proper testing was NOT done prior to latest update/maintenance. Why is this? Who signs off on these updates? Does Plarium not have proper Project Management, Dev, Maint and Test Teams. Surely it's better to delay the update/maint, than upset so many players with a really crappy gaming, especially during a CvC?
