The Market rate for RSS to be sent has remained unchanged down the years while the quantaties of RSS in circulation has increased by leaps and bounds and is now measured in Trillions.

It is tedious to transfer meaningful quantities of RSS to the SH - like the Market rate, items that increase the rate of transfer to the SH have also become out of kilter.

So my suggestion is to revise and increase the Market rate - the increase needs to be one or even two orders of magnitude.
