Would like to see some Raine Charm Packs, been months since have seen one, have seen for all the other Shaman but nothing for Raine.

Still nothing, made armor for him, am only 5 points from stage 4 and stuck now for over 3 months without a single Raine charm pack or ghost hunt for his charms, what's up? Why do we get Biggy and Inga charm offers every week but no Raine packs for months on end

Same situation here.... nobody in our Clan has seen any Raine Charm offers for many months. I've got all Legendary Amulets built for mine but he's stuck at Lvl 40 & can't use them! What's up Plarium?

Finally got Raine charms today on a hero/shaman potion pack with tasks on the Specials from the bank. Was a 19.99 deal. Hope doesn't take so long for it to come around again.

Charms for Raine the wanderer seems to be offered like once a year, so my advise is to grab "ALL" the charms that you need as soon as you see it offered or I am afraid you will need to wait for another year to see it again. Watch out for it during August. Unless Plarium start offering it more frequently, it will remain difficult to grab unless you are actively watching out for it.

Been waiting for charm packs since February at least. I have decided they think they make more money by you losing troops because you can’t compete with the big guys and you will spend more money to replenish your troops. I decided to quit buying and fighting, why lose troops when you have no chance to compete or get secret knowledge shards . I will just wait for them or retire from the game as they don’t care and ignor you.

All you can say, is that you haven't seen them,it doesn't mean that others haven't.

Well, the Halloween specials are sure to be coming up. You know.... like the Snow Kings and Leprechans... I got ALL my Raine charms (6th stage maxed) from them for free.

Lucky you, but not that free.
First you need to be able to catch the special ubers, difficult, unless you paid for super speed, relocations,or hero double, and hero energy, which is more free than it used to be,but not so much.
