If you have a genuine problem the only way you might get some remedy is doing as Ivor wrote and send your information to the support team.

It would seem that someone keeps changing their name and keeps complaining about some real or imagined abuse , by someone else in their kingdom, who it also appears to be also under some kind of identity crisis.
You keep telling them to contact support which seems to be a waste of time , because they are either not going to do that, or it's some kind of scam or spam.

I have a complete list of juicy violations, accusations, and systematic disregard to every rule made by one player: Me. I did it all. And got away with it. There were no meddling kids to stop me, Ivar.. Well there were but you will never find them. Had I not admitted this.. NO one would have known. Therefore let this serve as my confession. I DID IT. ALL. Many in the game will be happy to hear all of this / that I'm coming clean.
HOWEVER, Ivar, I did not screen shot nor record any of this, nor is it possible to at this point. Furthermore, I don't remember any dates or the specifics of any of it, really.. But it was very very naughty, Ivar.. Sadly, I did not report myself at the time of each violation.. Well I did, but I was not answered. Instead, a boiler plate letter was sent to me asking me to 'go back and record the matter.." As I cannot bend space and time, I was unable to do this. For each of my 297 violations, I was given the exact same boilerplate response.. However, I know you all diligently read those.. So all you have to do is go back and read my response to them, right? In addition, there were no other witnesses. I was careful not to leave any trace evidence of my violations (there is no eveidence).. HOWEVER, ^ I have just confessed to these things, above.
What can be done, Ivar, to put an end to my ongoing wrath, based on my confession and description above. I am unable to get any more specific.
Ivar, your further assistance in reagards to this matter will be greatly appreaciated...
