There are now Shamans charms challenges that last a week which help you get charms or in holiday times you can attack the snowking or other novelty invader and often get charms from their loot drops.

Purchasing from the clan store would be nice.
Being able to exchange extra shaman charms for ones you actually need would be ideal. That way if you got Baggi to stage 6, then purchasing his charms in the store would accomplish the same goal. It would also make more sense to purchase a pack that gives twice what you need for another shaman to reach Stage 6 if the extra charms could be exchanged, especially since you don't exactly get a choice with bank offers.
I like the idea of having monthly special events that give shaman charms as loot.
We would also benefit from having a new shaman charm event each week. That said, the number of charms given in those events could use an increase.
There are a lot of good ideas listed in the forums for increasing the presence of the various shaman charms in the game, hopefully Plarium will pick one or two of them soon.

If plarium make available in other ways the items that are currentlysold for money the income which pays for the game, servers, staff etc., and provides commercial incentive will be lost and we will all find ourselves looking for different entertainment.
