The same can be said for resources, shields etc but there are coffers for those. At the moment the clan store is the only way to get scrolls without spending a fortune. Maybe an increase  in the number of scrolls in the packs could be considered instead. 

Yes the initial amount of scrolls needed is a lot ... there is a pack that you can get after waiting 2 or 3 months that has 5K scrolls in it along with a lot of stronghold boosts. 150 coals and 300 clan tasks.  It costs 9.99 dollars/euros.

You used to be only able to buy stronghold boosts with loyalty points or get them in bank packs ... then they put them in store to buy with gold.  Maybe they could put scrolls in the store to buy with gold.  We got a lot of our scrolls needed for the initial build through loyalty points but that was when people did not need loyalty points for baggi shaman (which is what we encourage people to spend their loyalty points on now). And it did take a few months for us to get enough to build the stronghold, we were a small clan.

You can always buy clan task refreshers with gold and earn your scrolls with the loyalty points gained. That's basically all my clan did. It took a couple weeks but we only had fifty people. It only takes one event to get enough gold to knock out a hundred scrolls if you make an effort. It really shouldn't be that hard to get scrolls. One thing you should really keep in mind is that constructing a stronghold is not the end, it is the beginning. If gathering scrolls is this difficult then building a stronghold may not actually be in your best interest. You might consider merging into another clan with more active people.

Yes buying clan tasks with gold and then using loyalty points to buy the scrolls is great idea ... we encourage people to do this also to get baggi charms.

Although we can get scrolls and coal attacking ubers, the amount of them(when we are "lucky enough" to get them) is ridiculous!!! 😤
