Sagacity is one of the runes from the latest update. Its the rarest rune from the Plague Raven.

When you get runes from a hit on a ghost, you will find that 10 is the minimum amount you can get, and they come in multiples of 10.
So a grand total of 10,isnt very much, considering you need 1000 of them to make one simple rune.
Of course considerably much more for legendary runes.
4 simple >1 usual
4 usual > 1 unusual
4 unusual > 1 rare
4 rare > 1 epic
4 epic> 1 legendary.
1,024 x 1000 fragments =1,024,000 fragments.
