I am tempted to admit that I did get to cp 15 personal in the last cvc in a desperate bid to win, by burning up my gold reserves hitting ghosts and invaders - our opponent was doing likewise. I can't do that this time though - the reserve is still seriously depleted.
And you won't do it again, it's not a solution.
There are only two ways to succeed: way bigger donations or a way bigger Clan.

I only ask because i don't see it, i do see a huge reduction in rewards because of the impossible points needed for checkpoints though.
I agree whit the people here, way to high checkpoint, now even more will leave...

well, and since the Jot troops are so strong, that it is nearly unpossible to hold a level 6 tower, it is more difficult to reach all checkpoints in cvc.

The required number of points for even the first level can appear astronomical for low-level players and clans of any size run 3, and the rewards can seem pitifully inadequate in comparison.
We won our last cvc 6-0, everyone recieved the rewards except the chief who scored most of the points. He was the only player in the clan that buys packs, because he is chief we never recieved any rss either. Complain to VWOC and the answer was yes he did, what a load of shite. My chief has now quit the game, he gave us all his rss and dismissed all his troops before quitting.

Do not know if the chief got the rewards this time or not, but you shouldn't have expected to get the rss if he didn't.
The only way I know that the chief wouldn't get the rss,(or rewards) is if the chief scores no points, but you said,the chief scored most of them, and they say he got everything, so its a mystery forumites can't resolve.
This is no longer achievable without a tower at 6 and 2x fortress defense. Profits are ridiculous when you research traps and want to keep building them. What do you want with 2 T resource gain in our case. A game should remain playable in free time. This is slowly becoming a full time job. Smaller clans hardly have a chance to reach the checkpoints and the influence is also too high for them because you have to have more troops to survive at all. If this continues, there will only be more dead cities than now. But this is just my 2 cents. You can also start dgitl marketing from these games.
