So previously if you got attacked in your SH your opponents got 2x points - 1x for battles in SH and 1x for killing enemy warriors. Are you now saying this will become 3x - 2x as above plus 1x for killing enemy warriors in an attack?

If so this is rubbish because 1 mistake by someone already spoilt cvc with 2x. 3x just makes this worse.


Does anyone ever explain why changes are made?

So having watched our CVC this is even more broken than I thought. There are 2 reasons. 

Our clan is 4T influence. Straight after the draw our opponents added another player of 3.5T influence almost doubling their clan size. While this player cannot score points they can join seiges, help capture POP and onslaught to adversely affect the outcome. If you can limit time when alliances are formed why can't you prevent people joining clans once cvc draw is made until after cvc.

The 2nd issue is the POP and the points for it in CvC. CvC is supposed to be clan vs clan but the POP is a kingdom asset. In our opponents kd the POP has been captured by a clan with 12T influence. How can we compete with that? If the biggest clan in our KD is 6T influence our opponents do not face the same issue.

While this new system may or may not work for big clans it certainly doesn't for small ones. Why can't you use different scoring systems with this new system only applying to the top 1 or 2 leagues?

Thank you for the reply. Having read other threads on the forum there is a common theme that small players and clans are unhappy. With the last few updates for smaller players the game is like being a frog trying to cross an 8 lane highway with juggernauts flying along in every lane, ie it's only a matter of time before you get squished.

Clan battle is no longer clan based

a clans inflence can be jumped by others joining as long as cheif stays put so you could end up losing pop

ally system means  multiple seiges as well not clan based either

our 900 bil opponent turned into 5 trillion then 15 trillion  esentially  taking pop in our kingdom  doing seige then ally seige  then moving  the joiners to another clan/ally  and repeating the process in other kingdoms


hence cvc turned into a shard farming operation with free wins for 1 kingdom without the use of Drakars 

all they need is multiple lvl 4 and 5  SH with 1 chief in each clan

exploit  made easy

everyone else has zero chance vs larger kingdoms that use the exploit vs multiple other kingdoms due to the fact they have reputes  and unlimited instant inflence for seiges

The new CvC update is ruining the game.

OK Plarium, you asked for it:

I will then leave my clan (1,5 trillion influence) before the battle with my 1 trillion influence and come back after the battle starts. After that a siege will be activated and the CvC is won.

Of course I don't need in this case any points for the participation.

Our clan is not very motivated to win with this trick. We like to play and also with 100s of $.

I am the head of a worldwide operating software company and responsible for our software development. Therefore, I am forced to consider all the implications of a new version before any new feature is released.

I realize that Plarium relies on purchases.

But this update is counterproductive. If you work with this trick, you don't need purchases. You have closed yourselves a source of income.

I think you should check your staff.

Just a quick note to all concerned:

Don't spend money on energy or boosters. There is no winning against an enemy siege.
