Few thoughts.
After a while.. Players either skip their clan well on the way and join a very very large clan in comparison. Or they leave the game becoming less active.... The result is very big clans and no activity in smaller communities... It makes it lifeless..
Please consider some tools or workarounds to make life and fun again also in the smaller communities, I which I had an idea to give.
You are right about the larger clans dominating the kingdom by any means they can, even though I think in the long term it is counter productive to do so.
People are going to say its a war game, its not supposed to be fair, we like to do this, which is why we play the game.
Attacking weaker clans and weaker players just makes them quit and diminishes the player base.
However the owners of the game may not care about this.
Personally I would like to see the size of the clan much more limited than it presently is.
Of course I do not know if this would help or not.
