First week playing feedback.

Intended for anyone interested, and presented purely as opinion.

First, the relocate option, as it's a good a place as any to start. Simply put, it needs to have restrictions, as at present, as far as I'm concerned, it is easily abused. My suggestion would be that relocate be barred from use for a number of hours after attacking another player, either on a tile or their city. Having witnessed what I would call in game 'drive by shootings', where high level players relocate in, completely decimate their target, and then roll out, to me seems to bypass gameplay mechanics that in my opinion lend themselves to overall game enjoyment. In short, it seems cheap, and if you're going to beat an opponent, make it a level playing field.


Second, as they stand, Shaman are poorly implemented. I get that they are a powerful aspect of the game, thus not obtainable until 12, that makes sense. What is obnoxious though, is use of charms to progress with shaman at all. Specifically the extremely limited availability of charms. Not being in a clan at present, I figured I could spend a few bucks to see what fun I could have with shaman, no such luck, none available in any package currently available to me. So it would seem the only alternative is a clan store, and maybe special events? That seems extremely restricting, more so than necessary, considering the initial requirements of getting a shaman. Additionally, I noticed that shaman equipment must be unlocked. I suppose that makes some sort of sense if you just think of some painted crazy dude running around naked except for a helmet, killing ghosts. The problem is, the only helmets available to craft, for me at least, are level 25, whereas my shaman is capped at 10 until I get my hands on a charm. Lame, why did I look forward to level 12 again?


Third, and last for now would be communications. I'm not sure if clans have a private forum like clan wall, but I think they should, or at least a means of sending a mass message using the in game mail system. This is very basic stuff here, and I'm surprised at how crude it is. Also, you should have kingdom forums for players and clans to communicate cross kingdom, and indeed globally. For bragging, recruiting, general discussions, ranting. I believe it would vastly improve the enjoyment of the game for many people.


For all this, don't take my word for it, poll your player base.

First, anyone can relocate within their kingdom. If you're attacked you can see where they are presently and relocate there if you want to retaliate. It would become boring if you cleaned out everyone around you or beat all the nearby invaders/ghosts in the area and had to wait before moving on.


Second, I agree on Shaman. You can't even buy charms for your second shaman (who has different skill sets) in the clan store and no bank packages have charms either (I miss the Snowikings btw). Shaman knowledge improvements are ridiculous also. How many weeks (or how much gold) to improve their knowledge to be able to banish even level 2 ghosts. Their armor "materials" are 4 pieces of other armor/weapons so they take an extreme amount of materials to create.


Third, join a clan and you will be able to use the clan chat which only your clan can see. In addition the chief and elders can send out mass mail messages to the clan. During KvK, you have a chat for your kingdom and one for the foreign kingdom and you can post on either. Don't know if that's a benefit or just a way some use to insult others...

I don't... shaman are the cherry on the top of the cake... it is logical that it is hard to get


First shaman have bag in clan store, second one in bank offert...


As knowledge for shaman, it is somehow as hard to have that invader knowledge for hero...


For the armor, it is a work in progress... have see people who have already craft everything now... big mistake... plarium will add more armor type with time... and once all armor type are done, you will have a set for any speciality that you wish for your shaman...


People who have play this game for a long time have know the same for the hero... in fact, only recently was added the stronghold amulet for hero


The shaman thing will change in the future and adapt, as it was for hero in the previous years




As for the chat, you are right... just forget one... during kvk and kvkr, you have a chief chat too, where chief from each clan of own kingdom can communicate too... usefull for plan strategie together


The teleport thing is a need now for fighter since the update from 3 to 10 lvl in the event... before, gold was rare and few cities was shielded... was easy to find target in your area... now, gold is plentiful and everybody have shield... and if you join a clan and do only 1 pts in a clan event, you enjoy all the rewards as other clan members...


Advice to Cilerium... join a clan as fast at possible... it will unlock a lot of new feature... as clan store, clanman helping you to build and research, clan and global event, clanman helping you with rss, special stronghold armor ( not cheap in silver or material but very strong ), etc...
