What browser do you use?

No answer. Maybe his problem has been resolved.

Or maybe he just got pissed off with all the random crashes and gave up.

I am too deep into the game to just give up but also experience multiple random crashes, when moving about the map, looking up reports etc etc.

You make it sound like it is our fault, never yours.  I haven't heard of anyone that ever got a refund.  The game has locked up, knocked me offline yet my display is still unaffected until I try to do something.  My shield was about to come down so I added time to my shield.  While from the point where I added time showed it but the game time didn't accept it.  (My time 1 day 16 hours of shield, game time was 8 minutes.)  I took a screen shot of this.  I had to close the game and relaunch, this took 30 mins.  By the time I had the game back up and running (the game takes 30 minutes to load and I have done as you suggested) I had been zeroed.  I sent in the screen shot of the error but there isn't a visible game clock that can be included in the screen shot.  I was accused of using photoshop.   When I have tried to enter it here the game will not accept .png images.

The most common problem I am having is when I launch an attack.  I will send the attack then get booted off before I can raise my shield.  After the typical delay I find I have been zeroed.  No way can I get a screen shot of this nor can I get a game time stamp because there isn't one available.
