before update i was regularly offered 25.99 option for bank now all I am offered is 64.99 and 129.99 (apart from the small gold only). How can I get the 25.99 options back as the others is too expensive to bought?I agree totally to you. Also since the update you can't buy any hero energy in a reasonable quantity and price. Like that a lot of then fun of the game is lost. This is bad....
The buying algorithms are set for your spending tolerance and are fluid. For example, I'm in the US, and mostly, I do not spend over $9.99 on a pack. Once in a blue moon though I will break down and buy a silver pack for $19.99. It then takes two weeks before my $9.99 packs come back. If I go two weeks when all I have are $9.99 offers, my $4.99 ones come back. Of course, a number of items in those packs suck, but they do work.

I have also noticed the hero energy packs are rare, and the game gods have definitely cut the amount of each that you get.
yep. it's true. banks offer is dependent on your donate level and frequency of buying.
