I'm sorry but for as much money as I have plugged into this game, along with ALL the others I would expect server stability at the VERY least. But yet here we are....at the start of a CvC and I cannot connect yet AGAIN for the SECOND time today.

There never was and never will be a compensation, since mobile players don't have this issue, it only effects their "main" platform.
Funny thing is, this "main" platform is the only one, that can't be synched to a mobile account.
in the same boat here looks like i will lose over 1 mil in troops due to this crap, it does seem to happen during a kvk or cvc never when the events are boring, i will expect compensation if i lose all, no reason for this to keep happening after all the money that is being spent in this game........a freind lost around 600m inf troops and 13b rss this morning due to there server issue, he didn't ask units or rss back he just asked for refund, i can understand that, the time and money he spent don't worth all the issues, glitches and server problems we deal with every day, i think he just lost the fun of the game this time

It happens, whenever CvC and KvK start or end, when all the towns port over to a different kingdom.
That basically tells you, all you need to know. Their servers just can't handle it, yet the keep opening several new kingdoms every week.
I'm kinda wondering, who cleaned their cache, that they can't even afford a server according to the needs. Should've been fully loaded from all those "lucrative offers".
