Since there are soooo many abandoned estates on the grid, I would suggest that if a lower lever, say up to level 6 leaves their estate abandoned for say 30 days, the tags go grey and we are able to burn them to the ground. Then the admins can leave them a message to restart the game with perhaps a small package to restart. That would eliminate all the senseless abandoned buildings.
Well the thing is they are good places for low-level players to get resources. Especially if a new player wants to play on one of the older Kingdom, these towns would be very useful. Other thing is, what if the player returns and asks what happened to his town? There might be other options but i don't think deleting towns is a good idea.
