As Clan Leader, I would like to be able to send my Elders, and just my Elders, mail.
Also, the Ranks don't make sense. We know what the Chief and Elders can do, but not what any other Rank can do. If there was a check box for the Chief to decide what Rank is allowed to do what. For instance, I just let one of my Elders know that he and 4 other players are allowed to make Ally's and post them on the Clan Wall.
Btw a lot of players connect with each other through LINE APP.
We are use Line App too. Why don't you use this?

Agree with you, dude, it sucks... once, a lot of months ago our chief leave us. Now, I happy that our clan had no stronghold at that time.

Just another messaging app, we use Discord. Same thing only different. It's a good way to connect outside of the game. You can set up separate chat room just for Elders etc.
