I think it should be up to the individual Jarls to decide if they want to pay this. It shouldn't be automatically taken from the clan leaders. I feel like i'm just wasting money trying to build up my silver just to see it taken away for nothing. 30 million in 5 days taken from me is a bit much. The game administrators seriously need to look at this. How are you ment to progress in the game if most of your silver is taken from you every 2 to 3 days.
