This game and support are a joke. I reported on the 19/4/17 that the game would not load for me, I got a reply asking me to explain each step I made to get the game started. I replied stating that while loading that it stops at 75% and then I get an error message saying that there was a connection error and the game cannot load without a connection. Since then I have not heard a thing from the so called support. I think that it happened just to get money out of people because, prior to the connection  errors I made a in game purchase. After I made the purchase I started to have connection problems and now I cannot even get the game to load up. So can you tell me so called (support team) exactly what kind of support you provide?
