Peace treaty not working?

Having peace shield activated, I still could be attacked in resource locations. How is that possible?  because it doesnt let me attack a resource location which is occupied by another Jarl who has peace shield activated?

I thought one could be attacked at resource locations when they have a peace treaty ... but I'm not sure about that, that was just my impression ...

I don't know if "bribing the guards" is something which can weaken the shields ? Ask support !

Setting up a peace teaty protects your town but it does not protect your troops on tiles.

The reason you "can not attack" other Jarls tiles is not because they have a peace treaty, but rather that your peace treaty will drop when you attack. (Town or tile, it does not matter)

Cheers

That is what I thought ... it's pretty bad when you hope that someone will attack you on your tile so you can kill some men without dropping your shield ... lol

If you just want to get some of your troops killed (cause they eat too much food f.e., although beeing in the red in food if perfectly fine under most circumstances... but thats another topic) you can just go to Odins Shrine, click the troop you like to be gone, chose the amount and then dismiss them.

Oh that is nice to know (if I want to get rid of some lower level troops) ... but I was more wanting to get into battle to kill some men for an event ... and I didn't want to drop my shield to do it so I was hoping someone would attack me at a resource location ... (and yes I run in the red for food all the time)

In the last "personal Event: Kill enemy troops" it was, i think, 74.000 points for the last checkpoint.

That 74.000 points equal 74.000 killed enemy T1 troops with every T1 troop counting 1 point.

So, you need to kill 74.000 T1 troops for the 3. checkpoint to rake in the 2.900 gold.

Normally, without any other bonus dedicated to troop training, 1x T1 troop is worth 5 gold.

So, in this scenario, this event is efficient only when you can manage to kill off the networth of 74.000 T1 troops with only losing a networth of 580 T1 troops to break even. This is not counting in the shield you might or might not use up in the process. (8h shield = 1k gold)

The point i am trying to make is: These kinds of events are only good if you can combine them with other events / checkpoints in CvsC or KvsK. ;)

But for me the 3rd checkpoint I only needed 3600 points ... since I am only in the League of Recruits (Palace level 9) ... and we only got 2100 gold total (plus more important all the other stuff)... so I was wanting someone to attack my resource point (because I wasn't going to let down my shield) ... :)

Are you in a clan, CIM? :)

because, getting your stuff killed on tiles is the worst way of breaking checkpoints in events. ;)

I know, i know, PLARIUM makes it look tempting to get these little 15min and 60min boosters, but believe me, when you do it this way, this is a very bad deal for you.

Try get into a clan, at least lets say one of the top 10 clans in your kingdom, so that this clan is strong enough to reach CvsC and KvsK checkpoints on a regular basis. On top of that, try to focus on "collect resources" Events (and try to not lose any troops at those. You know, the troops you might want to get killed on tiles, are also the ones that can carry home the ressources needed to reach the checkpoints in the "RSS Events". And they can do it many many times.)

This way, you dont just sacrifice stuff worth 10 *something* for boosters and a little gold worth 1 *something*

The only way you should ever consider dismissing or getting troops killed is when you are the BANK for your clan, and even then, its just in case you are stashing food and do not want any troops feed away on those food resources.

Just a hint. :)
