Moderator please read as this is getting silly very fast.
I attempted to get your attention in other forums as I couldn't get your attention in my original post in this bugs forum. Your reply was to send in a ticket. If you had read what I had typed you will see I have already sent in a ticket. And if you had looked at the post in this forum you will see why I asked for your intervention.
Tickets are for people with individual bugs such as game froze and lost troops, or shield dropped for no reason and you want your losses back.
Forums are for people who share a common bug such as unable to log in after an update, or in my case the game crashes when trying to click on buying gold offers (due to a UNITY programme error) which affects half my clan.
If part of your job description is not to liase between the customer base, who post common bugs affecting 1000's of players, and the devs. Can I ask that you get Plarium to employ someone to do this like in every other game on the planet.
I see no reason why Plarium would want 100000 tickets about the same bug when I still haven't received a reply from the 1 ticket I sent over a month ago. This is the reason games have a BUG FORUM so common bugs can be passed to the devs and a forum moderator then replies on the bug forum so the whole community can see that they are looking into a fix.
