Good idea. But I think then there will be less attacks.
It's a usual trick. The most people make attack like this. I'm among them ;) It's convenient and most safely (but not always safely =D).
For me as a new player, this tactics is killing my desire to play it. Relocating, attacking and relocating (or shielding) again in a matter of seconds should not be possible! This should be nerfed!
Well, it seems to be the preferred way. Now I am adopting this tactic. It is effective. Live by the sword die by the sword. As a new player, spend your resources as fast as you get them. Seems you need to invest in your town. This is a free game but it is a business too.

There are a lot of old players in young k. They move to new kingdoms from their old kingdoms. At the same time it is both good and bad. New players can have a experienced mentor and grow faster. They know a lot of trics, it can be a problem for begginer playrs. You should find a good clan and mentor.
I also feel there should be a short cool off after a shield is gone. Even 30 seconds would prevent some of the Wallet warriors from attacking at will.
During a Clan Battle, some just park next to the hive and use this tactic continually. At least while the troops are actually attacking, they should not be able to re-instate a shield.
